Data deletion policy

Dear Lenabo app users,

At Lenabo, we value your privacy and want to ensure you have full control over your data. This policy informs you about how to delete your Lenabo account and what data will be deleted or retained.

Deleting your account:

Since data deletion cannot be done via the app, please send an informal account deletion request by email to service@lenabo.de . Our data protection team will process your request immediately.

Data to be deleted:

After you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Profile information
• Contributions and activities
• Personal settings
• All other data collected through the use of the app

Data storage:

Certain data may be retained for a limited time for legal reasons or to comply with legal obligations. This includes:

• Transaction data: 7 years (according to tax regulations)
• Customer support requests: 1 year (to improve our services)
